This training program starts with you in week 1, no matter when you sign up. This means you won't miss an important step in the progression and will be taken through all the important stages to reach your new personal best time! Every 7 days you will get your new week displayed.


This program has three key sessions and gives you a fourth training day as an option for more volume.

From 3k to marathon, this program has produced marathon times under 3 hours and 5k times under 16 minutes.
