Markus Frison

With 22 years of competitive sports experience, Markus is one of the old hands when it comes to training management and being an athlete. He started road cycling at the age of 6 and became part of the German national team at the age of 15. After ending his career at 18, he switched to powerlifting, winning national and European junior championships in 2018 and 2019, before starting CrossFit, which ultimately brought him to HYROX in 2020. In 2020 Markus won the Virtual HYROX World Championships of Fitness as a newcomer, competed twice in the ELITE12/15 in HYROX and then made the switch to full-time coaching, which is his focus so far.

"The goal with TFM. online coaching was to offer the athletes out there the best possible support and training planning that we can offer in this sport. I have always received the best possible support and training from my coaches. That's exactly what I want to offer other athletes now. TFM. is about more than just training plans. We want to get to know the athletes, build personal and close contact and achieve the best possible results for each athlete. My aim is to respond precisely and individually to each athlete, to understand their needs and to adapt the training accordingly. Every athlete is different. Every life is different. That's why every plan is as individual as you are!"

Dylan Scott

With 15 years of sport experience Dylan has seen the highs and lows of training and competing as an athlete and human. Starting as a small middle of the pack cross country runner in a little town in South Carolina he worked his way to being a multiple time state medalist in track and XC. The lows came following a back injury that took him out of sport for nearly three years from 18-21 until finally finding a way back to the start line for one collegiate season. Through this down time he devoured training books and content to try to figure out how to both recover and train to the highest level. Making his debut into the hybrid scene in 2021 he has qualified for the elite wave of the Hyrox world championships every year and has taken his initial time from 65:58 down to 55:34. Dylan is the current US Hyrox champion, relay world record holder and one of 6 men to ever break 30 minutes in a Dekafit.

Personally Dylan is a father to one son, an older brother to 5 siblings and a husband. He believes in a high volume, low impact training methodology with a multifaceted approach to building athletes. He also believes that while you may have times that you hate workouts you have to ultimately love your training to get the best results.
