This program doesn't just give you the training sheet, no, this program gives you options & tips on how to shorten or adjust the 16 weeks to your personal off-season length based on your needs as an athlete.

Through my weekly athlete calls with my athletes in my individual online coaching, I know exactly where the problems and needs of the athletes lie. The close personal exchange with them has led me to collect the expertise & experience and make it available for those who have not found a place in the individual coaching.

My goal was to design the best possible program for athletes who don't want to go into a individual coaching, but at the same time don't want to miss out on the benefits of it.

We have seen many athletes burn out mentally and physically this season. This program will take you through 4 phases in which we will first rest your body, focus on your fitness base and build on it. Then we will use the new found potential to build all the necessary capacities so that you are ready for the next season and your specific training.

45- 90 mintues on average per day. 1 session, with instructions on how to add more training sessions, 5-6x per week on average.

Beginner to Advanced. HYROX OPEN to HYROX PRO. The program is scaled to your fitness capabilities and your needs.

Equipment Needed
Free weights, Ski-Erg, Rower, running shoes. If you don't have the necessary equipment, contact us via frisononlinecoaching@gmail.com and together we will find an alternative based on your case.
